Production time may change from time to time, we suggest do not leave until last minute to order, Even if an item is "ready to ship", we encourage you to purchase sooner, rather than later as our inventory can fluctuate daily.

If your order contains both ready to ship and made to order items, the whole order will ship when all items are completed. If you would like to received the ready to ship items first, please make another separate purchase.

RUSH ORDERS

If you need the items to be shipped in less than our production time, we could arrange rush order service based on your specific time frame and additional rush order fees may apply, due to production scheduling, material supplies. Please contact us for more details.

STUDIO VISIT

If you need of an item urgently and located in Hong Kong, you may also contact us and make an appointment to our studio, you may purchase our ready to ship items, which subject to stock availability

 

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the delicacy of the product we made, we are unable to offer exchange or refund. 

We try our best to describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as possible, please read each listing properly. 

 

FAULT

We love what we do, we want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it. We take every precaution to ensure our pieces are packaged safely and shipped via a trackable shipping service. But if you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours from the time of receipt. We will happily repair or replace the piece.

PRODUCT NATURE

We take great pride in our work and treasure the art of hand-making. Every Littledate creation is handmade. As a result, may differ slightly from one creation to the next, there might be a 5% minor difference from product to product. Please embrace and treasure the uniqueness in each of them. 

We love using natural material like freshwater pearls, feathers, gemstones etc. Please understand that material like this may varies in colour, look and sizing. Please note that is the beauty of natural material.
