Hong Kong Order
 

1. We offer to pick up at our studio for local customers. Select Pickup at Checkout. Once you have received a confirmation that the order is ready, you may arrange to pick up your order. See Studio Address

2. Hong Kong local order can be ship by SF Express with tracking number.
Courier fee will be pay by recipient upon arrival of the order. Usually courier fee is HKD 30 for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Business Industrial address or any SF Express Centre, 7-11, OK Convenient Store listed on SF Express Website. For residential address, courier fee will be subject to the assigned area, check with sf express courier for further information

 

International Order

We ship worldwide, we offer 2 kinds of delivery methods.

​

1. Hong Kong Post Registered -  arrive in 7-18 working days in average, provides tracking number, with 2-4 tracking points.

2. Premium Express - arrive in 2-5 working days in average, provides online tracking

​

Shipping rates will be on the last page of checkout based on the destination country. 

We suggest to put down a address that the recipient are mostly present on business days, no matter it is a work address or home address.

We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time of international orders. We suggest to order sooner rather than later as there may be unforeseeable customs delays and unpredictable weather related delays. 

 

All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
